Registration for the Spring and Summer 2010 season is Open!  Register as an individual or a team.

The spring 2010 season starts April 18th and runs through June 13th.  Games are played Sunday evenings at Lifetime Fitness in Ashburn.

The summer 2010 season starts July 11th and runs through August 29th. Games are played Sunday evenings at Lifetime Fitness in Ashburn.

LoCo Ladies Basketball League is a 5 on 5 full court women's basketball league, all skill levels welcome, this is a realxed and fun league geared toward giving women the opportunity to be active, play a great sport, and have fun with other women.  Games are officiated and are played throughout the spring and summer on Sunday evenings.  Registration is open for the Spring & Summer 2010 seasons!  Sign up as a team or individual.
